    Notes: Dr. Hatch left Melbourne in August 1859 aboard the "Royal Charter" and died in the wreck of the vessel at Moelfre Bay, Anglesey on 26 October 1859 (obituary). A survivor recalled that he assisted women and children when the ship was wrecked (Old Mersey Times website)
